↑ There's this upcoming too〜〜〜
🧩 Chapter 1: "I Don't Have Time" is Just an Excuse
■ Core Message:
The true nature of the feeling "I don't have time" is your own anxiety.
■ Reasoning:
Anxiety (fear of failure or judgment) reduces concentration and decision-making ability.
When anxious, the brain’s processing capacity decreases by about 16.5%.
Anxiety leads to time-wasting (indecision, social media, unnecessary information consumption).
■ Solution: "Worry Time" (13-minute exercise)
9 minutes: Write down your worries.
4 minutes: Check if those worries have become reality.
✅ Most worries don't actually happen → become objective → reduce the impact of anxiety.
🧩 Chapter 2: Changing Your Environment Increases Time
■ Core Message:
The reason you can't focus is not your "willpower," but your "environment."
■ Reasoning:
90% of human behavior is influenced by visual information.
When temptations like smartphones, sweets, or social media appear, your actions become distracted.
■ Solution: Behavior manipulation through environment setup
Keep your smartphone out of sight and reach.
Only keep essential work materials on your desk.
Place healthy food where you can see it.
Put books or images related to success in your visual field.
✅ Changing your surroundings’ visual cues will change your behavior and habits.
🧩 Chapter 3: The Key to Habit Formation is "Setting Time"
■ Two Key Principles to Embed Habits:
Stick to a start time.
Stick to an end time.
■ Example (Victoria University Experiment):
Those who started exercising at the same time every day were the most successful in making it a habit.
✅ Habits start with "time," not motivation, but "rhythm."
🧩 Chapter 4: How You Spend Your Morning Dictates Your Day
■ Top 4 Morning Routines (Total within 15 minutes):
Get sunlight (2 minutes)
Cold shower (30 seconds)
Write down what you’re grateful for (2 minutes)
Read a book you enjoy (6 minutes)
✅ This simple routine sets a positive mood → keeps you in a positive flow all day.
🧩 Bonus: Teaching Time Management and Money Sense to Children
I introduced an allowance system to my child early on to nurture planned thinking.
Shopping at the local candy store became a real-life lesson in money sense and value judgment.
✅ How we manage time and money is based on childhood experiences.
✅ Summary: 3 Key Time Management Points
1. Manage anxiety to protect your brain’s processing power.
2. Organize what you see to boost your concentration.
3. Decide "when" to do things and make habits your ally.
