Kansai-style okonomiyaki
is so delicious〜〜〜
 
My friend from Hiroshima gave me a list of Hiroshima okonomiyaki

2) Noodles can be buckwheat, either crispy or chewy.
(3) Toppings: Tenkasu, oysters and rice cakes (mochi)

Buckwheat rice is different from other okonomiyaki, but it is voluptuous and great.

 

 

The okonomiyaki here is delicious, with some unusual varieties.

Also, the atmosphere of the restaurant is great!

 

This place uses  jalapeño and other rare ingredients. The chef is a Guatemalan who has trained in various places, and is very friendly and the food is delicious.


 

 

Similar to Hira no Okonomiyaki, but here serves more volume. 

However, it is located in Itsukaichi, so it is far from the city.
