It's better to keep a level of "moderation"

rather than try too hard, so that you can increase productivity

and maintain concentration.

When you don't get any inspiration or ideas, it's because you don't have enough input.

In such a case, it is better to take time to input information.

When information is accumulated to some extent, a new spark or idea will come to mind.

If you are going to stay up late at night anyway, it would be better to read a book while drinking alcohol, wouldn't it? (It makes me sleepy too.)

In fact, "capable people" are those who are good at inputting information.

They are likely putting in a lot of effort for getting input even at the risk of skipping their work (output).

Especially in the work of creators, the information you have becomes a source of ideas and inspiration.

If you work only with the information (materials) you have inside you, you will run out of ideas in no time.

If you get stuck, turn to input new information.

And, well, I know this may sound a bit over-the-top, but taking a nap is very important.

When you feel stuck, a quick nap will refresh your brain.

When you feel tired, shut down your brain once without getting angry.

By the way, I take a nap twice a day (30 minutes x 2).

This is a good way to get your brain organized after a certain amount of time.

New memories that I was thinking about just before I went to sleep and old memories that I had experienced before are linked together.

This phenomenon is called the "Reminiscence Effect."

Even a short nap can have a reminiscence effect, so it's a good deal!

It is better to work with "moderation" to  keep your focus and productivity up.

Working hard until the morning is a fool's errand.

Don't swing the needle all the way to the sympathetic nervous system.

Try to tune in to just the right place.

〜〜〜

I love naps!

Power naps!!
