People are irritated by what they are dependent on

Frustration is produced from having a dependence on something.

If you get irritated, the first thing you should do is to question your dependency.

Dependence is an expectation

The higher the expectation of the object or person, the greater the dependency.

The way to avoid dependence is not to expect it.

We have an impression that people who are generous to others are "kind".

But in fact, it is a person who doesn't expect much from others

and has a special ability to cut off a person the moment he thinks, "Oh, he's no good."

It's simply that frustration doesn't exist in the process of giving up on someone.

That's why a kind person can also be a scary person.

When you get frustrated, you need to think about what exactly it is that you are expecting.

Once you develop this habit of thinking,

you will be able to get rid of the bad habit of obsessing over unnecessary things!

Don't let a day go by without meditation and prayer for some definite purpose, and not for self, but that self may be the channel of help to someone else.
For in helping others is the greater way to help self.
