What are the two questions to naturally give your product a good impression?

https://vortex.takaramap.com/n/n31d0728f2779

From "things" to "memories"

From "tangible things" to "intangible things"

1. When people are asking about "time" they are reminded about personal connections

↓↓↓

Question A(Time condition)

How much【time】 did you spend on your iPod?

Question B(Money condition)

How much【money】did have you spent on your iPod?

From here, when asking customers about their personal impressions of the product,

"When have you been using it since?"

"How often do you use it?"

Asking time related questions can be effective.

2. "It must have been expensive right?"

That is the best compliment for a brand product

If it's a type of product where the value increases

the longer you possess it,

then focusing more on the "cost" rather than on the "time",

will help people to feel more connected to the product.

3.  You can change a customers impression of a product through your "questions"

By simply asking the customer about the "time" and "money" they spend on it

will help them to understand their thoughts and connection towards the product.
