If you have a problem...expand your thinking with "What would I do if it were solved?"

Yesterday・・・

was coaching with Akio Hiramoto・・・

The distance between myself

and the people that I think of・・・

What are the values in the missing areas?!

Self acceptance

Trust in others

Contribution

Contribution=Thinking I have to be there for things to go well

                     Feeling needed

Separating issues

Belief therapy

↓↓↓What would you do if things were okay?

If that problem were solved

what would you do from tomorrow?

If that were resolved tomorrow

how would you know it?

Sometimes, in trying to solve a problem (fire)

we pour oil on it (→making the fire bigger)

example)

"I want that toy! I want you to buy it!"

"Saying no" is creating a relationship!

Not answering, but leaving the toy shop

while singing a song・・・

When a something happens(=problem)

"What times are those?"  and break it down even further・・・

↓↓↓

NLP

Narrative therapy

=We are creating our realities through our narratives

We are all living inside our stories

What story is the life you live based on?

Our power lunch!

Was so fun! Curry! !

That's right

Nagata-san's son is crowdfunding now〜〜〜

リンクcamp-fire.jp

We had a fun time〜〜

thank you!

I'm looking forward to meeting you!

This is Takato Fukushima.

Today's select is about

"Reasons why you should" and "Reasons why you shouldn't"

and that "Reasons why you should" always wins! ‼️

I excerpted a powerful exercise from the book "Motivation for Mikabozu (the inconsistent)"

↓↓

【Motivation for the Mikabozu】(excerpted from page 96)

"People can speak both about reasons they can, and reasons they can't.

They can talk about reasons they don't want to, and reasons why they actually want to.

Both reasons co-exist, and many people choose the meaning that results in the action of "not taking action".

So as a result they don't act.

They choose to not act and find reasons to support that belief.

If there is something that you truly want to do, by creating a future memory about

"What you will gain from doing that thing" all you need to do is remind yourself of it.

What I learned from that page‼️

↓↓

"I know that I should do it, but I put it off"

I've said countless similar phrases.

Truly, I had decided in advance that I wouldn't act.

Furthermore, I had reasons for why I want to as well as why I don't want to‼️

The exercise for that was in the following page.

"What are you thinking of doing now?"

Write out both "the reasons why you should" and "reasons why you shouldn't"

I tried this exercise myself, and had a discovery✨

I started with writing three each,

but could easily write 10 reasons for "why I should"

and could only write 3 reasons for "why I shouldn't"

And I stopped wanting to write any more after 3.

The answer was within me‼️

I was motivated to start with a few days.

It was a very motivating exercise.
