Halfway through, we had a deep discussion about work
and I learned something huge.
Of course learning about economy is important,
but on the ground, psychology is what runs things.
I've been doing this for 35 years
and there's still so much to learn
so much to realize.
Once you know it,
I can think of different past scenes of

why did I not realize it sooner.
I'm terribly grateful that I realized now
and will integrate it into my plan immediately.
