In other words, it means "self-surrender" "immersion" "entering the ZONE" or "FLOW" !!

1・Exciting goals
2・DO MY BEST!!!
3・Not getting stuck on results
4・Always staying positive

I used to think, 
Don't you have to be attached to and stuck on the results in order to achieve them?! 

DO MY BEST=whole body, whole heart, and whole spirit
You know, but you can't do it ・・・That's not an exciting goal now is it?!

I think I finally get it!

In other words, it means "self-surrender" "immersion" entering "the zone" 
and getting into a "state of FLOW" !!!

It's said that the ZONE is not easily duplicated. 
Because people become attached to 
Getting into that state of being in the zone again!! 

On the other hand, 
I think it's a good idea to "make your goals" something you can "immerse yourself in" 

Then you will easily put your whole body/heart/spirit into it, and stop getting attached. 
Then you can just enjoy a life if self-surrender and immersion!!!

"Fear" is on the other side of attachment. 
The reality is that you are so afraid that you don't know what it truly is 
Allow yourself to feel all of it 
To find out what is at the root of that attachment....the root of where that fear comes from ・・・

What?!
Once you cut through the fog, and realize it's not that bad, 
you can look ahead again. 


The strong desire of attachment melts away, 
and you may be able to finally give off true light. 

It may have changed its form from 

I MUST 
into 
I WANT TO!
