When you wake up in the morning  and input visually your "purpose and goals" 
your 「"automatic achievement control device" is activated. 
To do that, "write out your goals by hand". 
And "prioritize".

Record in your own voice, 
the story of your life 10 years from now, 
and listen to that every day.
