■Make morning and evening questions a habit

One of what world class leaders teach is that

"You must be the 'powerful gatekeeper'' of your own thoughts" 



What this means is

You must strictly manage the information you will
or will not come into contact with and take in.

A huge company that deals with vital information,
will not freely let anyone inside is doors.

We have created everything through our thoughts.
Our thoughts have unlimited power.

When we look at the TV or internet or smartphones,
there is likely a lot of information that would get our feelings dow.

So we must handle our thoughts as if they are very very valuable.

If you want to feel great and move into a good stage,
deciding and clearly monitoring

"what you will and won't allow into your thoughts" 

is vital.

Not only what you see, heart and come into contact with,
but also pay close attention to the thoughts that you think or imagine on your own.


Through research, it has become clear that

what you think about right before, has an effect on your actions following. 

If you think positive thoughts, 
your actions and attitude will naturally be drawn to that direction. 



Even though, people's thoughts go this way and that way and are not always stable.


This is why, it's good to create a habit of


"This is what I will think about in the morning"
"This is what I will think at night" 

and decide what you will think about in advance. 


1 recommendation would be to ask yourself these questions in the morning and at night.



These are the morning and night questions recommended by world-class coach Anthony Robbins 


[Morning Version ]:

1)What will I be excited about today? 
        Why am I excited about that?

2)What can I be thankful about today? 

         Why can I be thankful about that?

3)What will I feel love from today? 

        Why will I feel love from that ?

4)What will I feel secure about today? 

      Why will I feel secure about that?

5)What will I get actively involved in today? 

    Why will I actively get involved in it? 


[Night version ]
:(in addition to the above1~4)

5)What did I learn today? How can I make the most of that tomorrow?

6)What could I have given today? 



Our thoughts are created by the "questions" we ask ourselves. 
Please remember this. 


People who feel dark and gloomy have gloomy thoughts.
That's because they are made from "questions that make one gloomy"


Those who are bright and cheerful have bright and cheerful thoughts
and are asking themselves the "questions that make them bright and cheerful".


No matter what our situation, 
we are not "victims of our circumstances" 


In this situation, we can still decide 
how we will feel, what we will decide, 
and how to act. 


Because "we are the creator of our circumstances". 

A bright future and a wonderful world, all starts with your emotions.
To do that, why not start with asking these questions at morning and night.

And if there is someone who is feeling down, please try sharing these questions with them.

The world is changing from an era of having/owning to an era of existing.

In the era of owning, getting something was important,
but now in this era of existing, your way of being becomes important.

In this situation, who are you trying to become?
What kind of person are you trying to be?

Please use these questions as a hint, to discover and create a new you.
