What are you attached to? What do you fear you will lose if you don't get it?

Motivation！
Interest！
Curiosity！

All of these are wonderful, 
but when 

attachment comes in, the "magic"disappears. 
Probably most have experienced at least once in their life, 
"magical time" also known as the flow or the zone

I've written many times on my blog about this magical time ・・・
created by the combination of "excitement" and "gratitude" 

If it comes true it would be so amaaaaazing〜 Gaaaah！So exciting！
But even if it doesn't come true, I'm thankful my current situation.  Thank you！

Why then does attachment happen?
That's because on the opposite side of the thing you are attached to
is a strong fear. 

What is it that you are attached to ？
What do you fear you will experience by not having it? 

It's reality that humans fear the target of the fear and try not to look at it. 
Is there a certain hell that you will experience 
if you don't achieve what it is you are attached to? 

Feel it fully！

If you can't achieve your work goals？！

Your salary will decrease, friends will give you dirty looks, you'll lose weight, lose your house, lose your health, because ugly, be disowned by your relatives, parents will cry, your siblings will separate, get only bad reviews, can't look your teammates in the eye, can no longer make ends meet and receive welfare.

It's true？！

It couldn't really be that bad, right? (lol)
If you feel those feelings fully, 
then you'll realize and feel thankful 
for "your current situation" (lol)
