１）Cash points
Cash points are about how you make it into money. I am sure you have a cash point too. Once you
find it, you wil never have difficulty with money again. I found my cash point whe I was in my 20's and since then, I have lived a life blessed with money. Even if I went bankrupt, I have a few fall back plans for how to make a come back, so I have no fear of losing money. Wouldn't it be so great if you were insured that you would never have a lack financially no matter what you did? To do that, I'd like you to find at least 3 cash points. Things that as long as you did that, you could survive. That way it's no longer scary to quit you job or company. Find your own cash point like that. Preferably as you main job/business.

２）Business model
A business model is, the system with which you use your gifts and turn them into money. About the business model, please do your research about it. For example, say you ran a maternity clinic. In that case, what business models are possible to use. Right now, in this age of declining birth rates, there are likely people who will spend a lot of money on it. As long as the business model is good, there are many things that are possible.
３）Marketing
Marketing is about how to advertise your service or product and how to monetize it. An important point is to what scope you can do this. If possible, if you can cross borders, and make customers from all different cultures, then your income will increase by few to 10 some fold.
４）Foresight and long-term strategy
It's about how far into the future we can foresee. The world in 2030 will likely feel completely different than it does now. Probably around 2020 when the Olympic finishes, Japan will also have a crisis of unemployment. With the dissemination of technology such as automatic driving or AI, VR (virtual reality), businesses that were until now operated by people, will become automated. 。Therefore, it's necessary to properly simulate for yourself, in this changing world, how your work or industry will change.

I believe it will be a wonderful era where people will be freed from jobs the they hate. I'd like you to think about what you would like to do, when we enter the age where you only have to do work that you love. And most likely, you should be able to start doing it now. Please begin thinking seriously about what you would like to do from here on out.
